Since forming in April 2025, Waveflyer have gigged extensively across different venues in Cork city and have built a solid reputation for themselves.
The band boasts a powerful line-up of passionate musicians inspired by a variety of artists such as Kate Bush, Title Fight and Jamiroquai - creating a new sound that you can’t help but be drawn to. They write about issues such as women’s health care, mental health struggles and college life. Waveflyer's enticing line up blends moody emo rock chords with emotive violin, combined with basslines that speak and soaring vocals creates a world of its own and a live performance you would never want to miss.
