Headlining regularly at top comedy clubs and festivals to worldwide audiences. As the resident host of The Comedy Crunch\, The Laughter Lounge\, he owns Drumhill Event Management in Dublin. One of Ireland’s most successful comedy event companies\, his comedically experienced\, high energy\, and anecdotal style draws in an audience and brings on the big laughs with ease! \nFollowing in the footsteps of Simon Pegg\, Dylan Moran and Dara Ó Briain – Danny was handpicked in 2016 to perform as part of the iconic ‘Best of The Edinburgh Fest’ Show across Australia touring Perth World Fringe\, Adelaide Fringe Festival and The Melbourne International Comedy Festival. He was asked back in 2018 and again 2019\, making him the only Irish comic to do the tour a record three times. \nHe performed his first solo show at the 2012 Edinburgh Fringe Festival to rave reviews and scooped the title of “Dublin’s Funniest Comedian” at the prestigious “Stand Up For FM104” that same year. In 2013 Danny took part in the Irish TV show The RTE Comedy Awards and released his first comedy album on iTunes as part of the Irish Underground Comedy Show. He has toured nationally with Ireland’s biggest radio stars Dermot & Dave on their sell-out live show as well as regularly opening for acts such as The USA’s David Cross and Scotland’s Iain Stirling in Ireland’s premier comedy venue\, Vicar Street. In 2018 he opened for American comedian Bill Burr in front of over 8\,000 people in Dublin. \nHe has returned to The Edinburgh Fringe with a brand new hour each and every year since. His 2018 solo show ‘Lock-In’ sold out its entire run at The Edinburgh Fringe Festival\, Galway Arts Festival\, Wexford Spiegeltent Festival\, Clifden Arts Festival and received rave reviews. During lockdown he helped to raise over €100\,000 through online shows and fundraisers for The Irish cancer Society\, Pieta House and Wexford Women’s Refuge to name but a few. Danny also filmed and produced a live “Lockdown Comedy Special” which received huge viewing figures from it’s Saturday night TV airing as well as ten’s of thousands of views online-it was the first of it’s kind on Irish television and was praised for it’s innovation during the lockdown! \nGarden Gigs Ireland has continually adapted to the pandemic performing well over 100+ online shows and virtual events with its own developed format for companies and organisations all over the globe. Despite his obvious depression he is recent winner of a bray gong show and has previously won the inaugural halfpenny inn comedy competition in 2021\, a stitches gong and the Bailey Laughs St Patrick’s day gong show last year. You’ll see him at the major Dublin clubs talking about his bowels and continuing traumas. Not to be missed! \nEmman Idama \nNigerian-born Irish comedian Emman Idama has a unique voice and ability to bring the house down. Over 12 years to the present time he spends his time mastering his craft on stage. He started his comedy career in Ireland. While there\, he managed to feature on Irish television shows such as; RTE1 – “The Year That’s In It” in 2015. On RTE2\, he appeared in “The House of Craic” (writer & star)\, “Laughter In The Eye” – Vodafone Comedy Carnival Galway\, “Electric Picnic”\, “This is Ireland” in 2016 (writer / star) – Des Bishop’s\, and the list goes on. \nIdama eventually got his big break on UK television in 2023. This occurred on the third series of Comedy Central Live. Before getting on the UK Comedy circuits he performed at all the comedy clubs in Ireland. I started to perform stand up half a year ago\, I performed in Cheeky Monkey\, Club Spontaneous\, Funnybones\, and some clubs in other countries. \nEmman Idama \nNigerian-born Irish comedian Emman Idama has a unique voice and ability to bring the house down. Over 12 years to the present time he spend his time mastering his craft on stage. Wille starting his comedy career in Ireland he manage to featured on some Irish television shows. such as on RTE1 – “The Year That’s In It” in 2015 and also on RTE2 with show such as “The House of Craic” (writer & star)\, “Laughter In The Eye” – Vodafone Comedy Carnival Galway\, “Electric Picnic”\, “This is Ireland” in 2016 (writer / star) – Des Bishop’s. \nEmman Idama eventually getting his big break on UK television in 2023 on the third series of Comedy Central Live and the list goes on.
