We’ve hosted events for dozens of companies\, just get in touch for more info! \n \nWHAT DO WE DO DURING THE WORKSHOP? DO WE HAVE TO FOLLOW ALONG? \nOur workshops are super informal\, this is not a strict class\, we have an instructor to guide you along but this is a very basic beginner event for you to experiment and have fun. We reward creativity and encourage everyone to create something different. \n \nIS IT WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY? \nOur studio is wheelchair accessible however our toilets are not. \n \nWHAT SHOULD I WEAR? \nPaint is messy avoid white clothes and get ready to roll up your sleeves. Dark clothing is advisable if you are going anywhere afterwards\, but we use acrylic paint which is difficult to remove from clothing. \n \nCAN WE LEAVE OUR PIECES THERE? \nWe don’t have capacity to keep the pieces as our studio is open 7 days a week so everybody has take their works of art home and proudly display them! \n \nTHE EVENT SAYS SOLDOUT\, CAN I BRING SOMEBODY ELSE? \nUnfortunately not\, if an event is sold out it means there are no seats left. \n \nI’M GOING TO BE LATE\, CAN I STILL COME? \nYes we don’t usually start exactly on time. Due to a large volume of people arriving at once it usually starts atleast 10 minutes after the time on the event. Dark clothing is advisable if you are going anywhere afterwards and make sure to wipe any glue off with water then machine wash 🙂 \n \nI HAVE A YOUNG CHILD OR TEENAGER CAN I BRING THEM? \nUnfortunately not\, we do not host events for children this space is for 18+ we want to create a place where adults can behave like children and get creative. \n \nCAN WE LEAVE OUR PIECES THERE? \nWe don’t have capacity to keep the pots as our studio is open 7 days a week we give everyone a bag to put their masterpieces in. \n \nTHE EVENT SAYS SOLDOUT\, CAN MY FRIEND COME? \nUnfortunately not\, if an event is soldout it means there are no seats left. \n \nI’M GOING TO BE LATE\, CAN I STILL COME? \nYes\, we don’t usually start exactly on time. DESCRIPTION:Absolutely no experience is necessary | Keep your candles | Free tea\,coffee & biscuits\n\n\nThis event is open to everyone\, bring a loved\, a friend or come alone. \nOur workshops are super informal\, this is not a strict class\, we have an instructor to guide you along but this is a very basic beginner event for you to experiment and have fun. We reward creativity and encourage everyone to create something different. \n \nThis event is strictly over 18’s. \n \nWHAT TO EXPECT: \n– Instructor (to help with your masterpiece) \n– All the painting materials necessary 🎨 \n– Two(ish) hours event \n– Win Prizes \n– Music & Craic from energetic hosts \n \nCome along for this 2 hour event filled with fun\, friendship and madness!!! \n \nWHAT DO WE DO DURING THE WORKSHOP? DO WE HAVE TO FOLLOW ALONG? \nOur workshops are super informal\, this is not a strict class\, we have an instructor to guide you along but this is a very basic beginner event for you to experiment and have fun. We reward creativity and encourage everyone to create something different. \n \nI’M GOING TO BE LATE\, CAN I STILL COME? \nYes we don’t usually start exactly on time. Due to a large volume of people arriving at once it usually starts at least 10 minutes after the time of the event. If you’re really late just come in and don’t worry! \n \nCAN WE LEAVE OUR PIECES THERE? \nWe don’t have capacity to keep the pieces as our studio is open 7 days a week so everybody has to take their works of art home and proudly display them! \n \nTHE EVENT SAYS SOLDOUT\, CAN I BRING SOMEBODY ELSE? \nUnfortunately not\, if an event is sold out it means there are no seats left. \n \nLOCATION: \nThis Must Be The Place 42 Arran Quay\, Smithfield\, Dublin 7 \n \nIS IT WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY? \nThe venue is not wheelchair friendly unfortunately but do get in touch as we host events in various locations that are accessible for wheelchair users. \n \nDO YOU DO PRIVATE EVENTS? \nYes\, we host private events\, brand events\, hen parties\, and work parties. \nContact us on bookings@alternativeexperiences.ie \n \nDO YOU DO KIDS EVENTS? \nNope\, all events are 18+. Join us for Drink & Draw Ireland’s art party or one of our many experiences. 🎨 \nSUPPORT LOCAL \nAfter each tour we will send you a link to each artist featured and also bring you to a gallery where you can support artists by buying prints\, paintings or commission them for work! \nFAQ? \nWhat happens if I’m late? \nWe encourage anyone who is late to still join the tour\, after you get a ticket you will get an email that will have instructions.📩 \nWhat happens if it rains? \nAll tours proceed even if it’s raining\, please bring an umbrella or rain jacket just in case.☔ \nIs this wheelchair accessible? \nUnfortunately parts of the tour are not accessible everyone. Limited by cobbled streets and stairs throughout\, please call ahead with any concerns. \nWhere does the tour start and end? \nThe tour starts at The Grand Social and ends at Temple Bar.  \nI can’t attend? Can I get a refund? \nWe need 5 days notice to issue a refund so if you don’t think you can attend please let us know as soon as possible. We are a small independent business and rely on small groups to make these tours possible. \nCan I swap my ticket? \nAgain as a small business our guides rely on these tours to support their livelihood. We cannot swap tickets unless you give us 5 days notice. You can transfer your ticket to another person to attend in your place. \nShould I Tip? \nIf you enjoy it you can tip your guide if you want! Our guides keep all tips from tours so it gives artists and creatives a chance to do something they love.
