Before getting on the UK Comedy circuits he performed at all the comedy club in Ireland and broke into some comedy festival in the country for example Paddy Power Comedy Festival\, Vodafone Comedy Carnival\, Galway Arts Festival\, Longitude and more. \nIn 2019 he enter Chortle Student Comedy competition. All in all he made it to the finals. As a result of that got the opportunity to perform at Latitude festival. Following the finale at the Edinburgh fringe festival Steve Bennett reviewed all the acts and spoke highly of Emman Idama as shown below. \n\n‘Emman Idama is a more effervescent source of energy\, just the thing to keep the spirits up.
