  • Group Deposits are fully refundable if cancelled at least 28 days prior to your arrival date , any cancellations after this date – deposits & Fees are non-refundable.
  • Prices Quoted are per person & include all Taxes and Fees, no hidden charges.
  • Once the booking Deposit is confirmed we will contact you within 24 hrs to arrange your Itinerary Dates, Tour choices, Airport Transfer Details if necessary & Issue you a booking confirmation.
  • 25% of Itinerary Cost is due at least 60 Days prior to arrival, this is fully refundable if cancelled at least 28 days prior to your arrival date.
  • Remaining balance due on or before 28 Days prior to arrival.
  • Additional Bespoke Tours available upon request.
  • Payment options : Credit Card / Online secure payments via our payments portal or via Electronic Funds Transfer [Bank Transfer]
