Cancellation policy

Dublin Decoded have to protect ourselves against people who make bookings then cancelling at last minute. (or asking for tickets for different dates at the last minute, which is akin to giving away a whole new set of tickets)

This practice of last-minute cancellations, and last-minute date-change-requests, is destroying restaurants and other small businesses across Ireland and Europe.

Accordingly the following cancellation and refund policy apply, across all our public tours and events.

  • Tour cancelled >8 days (9 days or more): full refund
  • Tour cancelled from 8 days to 96 hours: 70% refund
  • Tour cancelled from 48 to 96 hours: 50% refund
  • Tour cancelled within 48 hours of start time: no refund. But we do, genuinely, appreciate guests letting us know if they cannot attend, even at the last minute.

This, honestly, can make a big difference!

So genuinely, thank you for the courtesy.
