## About this tour

**Duration:** 45 minutes

As you arrive at our Welcome Hut, our jolly little elves will be there to greet you, check you in, give you your train ticket and some magic reindeer dust to spread out on the big night. Maybe you might like to get your face painted with some reindeer antlers. Then the magic starts, you’ll be entertained with laughter and joy on our magical platform until it's time to hop aboard the famous Róisín for your train ride with Mrs Claus around our magic forest. Keep your eyes peeled for Santa's Reindeer and all our little furry friends out the tracks.
When you arrive back to the station why not grab a hot chocolate from our Steamin' Brews café. You can post your christmas wishes in Santas special post box, look at some vintage tractors & engines. Finish off your trip with a visit to Santa himself where each child will receive an extra special present.

- No walk-ins.
- Admission will not be granted without a valid ticket.

## Cancellation policy

Santa Train Experience tickets are non-refundable, but tickets can be transferred to a different date up to 2 weeks before the event. Less than 2 weeks to the event, the tickets cannot be changed.
