Explore Mulroy Bay in a new, exciting way! Enjoy a memorable experience by Stand-Up Paddle Boarding on the calm waters of Mulroy Bay with Eco Atlantic Adventures.

Experience all that Donegal has to offer, while stand-up paddling (SUP) on Mulroy Bay. Mulroy Bay is a large sheltered inlet with lots of islands, native woodland and the clearest of water, giving the ideal habitat for numerous types of sea life.

Stand Up Paddle Boarding your way along the bay and through the islands gives an ideal vantage point to witness this spectacle.

Take in the natural beauty of the area and unwind. These tours are an excellent introduction to SUP, as our skilled tour guide will take you through everything you need to know to be confident on the water.

All our SUP’s are solid boards to give you a much more stable and enjoyable experience.

Clear skies and low winds are required for these tours to been enjoyed to the full.
