Introducing ‘PorkPie’, Scotland’s 9 piece Ska Behemoth, a music force of nature that have been tearing up stages the length and breadth of the country. Combining top quality dance along ska standards with well crafted originals from their recently acclaimed 2023 album ‘Skandemic’. Their 2023 & 2024 UK & Ireland shows have sold out everywhere from the Legendary 100 Club in London to Manchester Academy, Queen’s Hall Edinburgh, to The Limelight in Belfast. Combining a DIY punk ethic and big band showmanship, they have been pleasing festival audiences across the UK from Stone Valley Festivals, Edinburgh’s Hogmanay Street Party, Party at the Palace, Belladrum, Rewind Festivals, Solfest, Valefest and many more. Their recent single releases of ‘Dog Fight’ and ‘Hands go Numb’ have been played extensively on BBC 6 Music by Craig Charles and at the end of August they had an interview with the man himself as part of his ‘Jar of Ska’ feature promoting their album ‘Skandemic’.
