Access customers can book General Admission tickets via Ticketmaster, then email info@theacademydublin.com with details of the date & show they will be attending, and the venue will ensure they are looked after on the night.

If an access customer has verified a requirement for an attendant with Ticketmasters accessible database, they can email the promoter at access@mcd.ie to enquire whether an attendant ticket refund is possible. This is not always available on every show, so will need to be requested on a case by case basis. All enquiries should include their order reference number and their Ticketmaster AAR number.
