If you wish, you can pay a deposit of 25% and the balance to be paid 2 weeks before the start date or pay in full

Cancellation policy

Summer Camp Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our Summer Camp! We strive to provide a fun and enriching experience for all campers. Please take a moment to review our updated cancellation policy:

Deposit and Payment:
A deposit of €50 per child is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 28 days before the start of the camp.
Late Payment:
If full payment is not received 28 days before the camp starts, your child’s spot may be forfeited.
In this case, the deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy:
Four Weeks Before Camp:
If you cancel at least four weeks prior to the start date, you will receive:

A full refund of your €50 deposit or a full refund if the payment has been made in full.

Less Than Four Weeks Before Camp:
The €50 deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining balance will not be refunded.

Special Circumstances:
In cases of unforeseen circumstances, such as medical emergencies, please contact us directly. These situations will be reviewed on an individual basis.
