Roe & Co’s staff are experts in making the most fabulous whiskey cocktails and they love to share their knowledge as they take you through the key skills in making the perfect cocktail. You’ll learn about the 5 Pillars of Flavour; Salty, Sour, Sweet, Bitter and Umami! You’ll have a delicious cocktail prepared for you tailored to your specific preferences and palate, and you’ll finish off with another complimentary cocktail (a seasonal rotational whiskey cocktail) in the Power House Bar.
