These terms apply to your use of Dublin 360 (dublin-360.com) and the Dublin 360 Ireland Guide for ChatGPT. Dublin 360 is run by Dermot Murphy, a sole trader based in Dublin, Ireland. Contact: info@dublin-360.com. By using the site or the ChatGPT guide you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. What Dublin 360 is

Dublin 360 is a free, independent travel guide to Dublin and Ireland. We publish articles, tour and attraction listings, an events calendar, maps, downloadable guides and AI travel tools, including our Fionn trip planner and the Dublin 360 Ireland Guide for ChatGPT. Our sister site, ireland360.ie, covers all 32 counties.

2. Information on the site

We work hard to keep our information accurate and up to date, but prices, opening hours, timetables, closures and event details change, often without notice to us. Everything on Dublin 360 is general travel information, not professional advice. Always check key details with the operator, venue or official source before you travel or book. Prices shown are the latest we have, may not include fees, and the price shown at checkout on the booking site is the one that applies.

3. Bookings with tour operators and partners

Dublin 360 does not sell tours, tickets, transport or accommodation itself. When you click “Book”, “Book this tour”, “Tickets” or a similar link, you leave our site and book directly with the tour operator or a booking partner, such as FareHarbor, Dubtours, GetYourGuide, Tiqets, Viator or a hotel booking service. Your contract is with that operator or partner, on their terms and their cancellation and refund policy. Questions about payment, changes, cancellations or refunds should go to them. We are not responsible for the services they provide, but we are always glad to hear about your experience at info@dublin-360.com.

Stays booked through our Stay with us page are covered by their own terms and conditions.

4. Partner links and how we are paid

Some links on Dublin 360 and in our ChatGPT guide are partner (affiliate) links. If you book through one, we may earn a small commission from the partner. This costs you nothing extra and helps keep Dublin 360 free. We choose what to feature based on what we think is genuinely useful to visitors, and a commission never changes the price you pay. The site also shows advertising, for example through Google.

5. Events calendar

Event listings come from organisers, ticketing platforms and public sources. Events can be changed, sold out, postponed or cancelled. Check with the organiser or the ticket seller before you go.

6. AI tools, including our ChatGPT guide

Our AI tools give suggestions based on the Dublin 360 and Ireland360 guides and listings. The Dublin 360 Ireland Guide for ChatGPT runs inside ChatGPT, which is provided by OpenAI under OpenAI’s own terms and privacy policy. AI answers can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, so treat them as a starting point and check important details, such as prices, times, accessibility and closures, before you rely on them. Our AI tools do not make bookings or take payments, and you should never share card details, passwords or identity documents with them.

7. Using the site fairly

You may use Dublin 360 for your own personal, non-commercial travel planning. Please do not:

  • copy, republish or sell our content, listings or guides without our written permission (sharing a link is always welcome);
  • scrape, harvest or bulk-download content, or use it to train AI models, without our permission;
  • interfere with the site’s security or operation, or try to access areas you are not authorised to use;
  • post or send anything unlawful, misleading, abusive, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

8. Our content

The text, guides, maps, logos and design of Dublin 360 belong to Dublin 360 or are used with permission. Some photos are used under licences such as Creative Commons, and are credited where the licence requires. Trade marks of tour operators, venues and partners belong to their owners.

9. What you send us

If you leave a comment, submit a form or send us a review, tip or photo, you confirm you have the right to share it and you allow us to publish and edit it on Dublin 360 and our social channels. We may remove any content at our discretion. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10. Links to other websites

We link to many other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

11. Our responsibility to you

Dublin 360 and our AI tools are provided free of charge and “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on information on the site or from services provided by third parties you book with. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your home country and may bring a claim there.
